cruxley the commonsensical cat

If every budding cat author could aim for two audiences, there might be a greater peace between cat and man. Cruxley may be a black cat, but consider crossing his path anyway. The world may be a better place for it.

His philosophy hinges on one important concept: common sense. Visitors to Cruxley’s site will discover his educated yet sensible opinions on a number of hot and controversial topics such as TomKat, Bird Flu, Oil, and even a little bit about religion.

We especially liked his “rerun” article about bird flu and cats. There’s a cat in Europe who died, and now cats are being ordered indoors as a result. How silly is that? Why don’t they cage up and isolate all the birds, too? Cruxley sees things for how they really are: another panic about something that will probably amount to nothing. Add checking yourself for bird flu symptoms to talking on the phone while driving down the the road at twice the speed limit and you might actually be in some sort of danger. The message is clear: Relax.

Amidst all the chaos and confusion that plagues the world today, there is at least one cat putting his paw forward to say, “Let’s just stop and think about this for a minute.” Give the cat a paws-up from us!
